Thanks!  It sounds like it was a very specific situation of trying to land or keep a tenant.  It is a good sign in terms of GA's willingness to put up money to keep the reit on track to recovery.  It also shows how helpless the Leech bros were, if the only 'bank' SOT could borrow money from was GA.
