RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Par for the course...The little guys in this situation are now the debenture holders.  The equity value in SOT.Un has already been destroyed (down from $5+ to 40c).  At current unit price the equity is down to only $32 million compared to the debentures + accrued interest at around $170 million. 

So far I jhave not seen evidence of any other large debenture holders other than Armoyan.  I don't think the Welches hold many debentures.  My guess is the debenture holders are a diverse group of largely smaller investments, with under $1 million and few if any over $20 million.  Armoyan's debenture holding is not large enough to give ihim any control in a rrstructured  REIT although he could en dup as the largest unitholder.  It is also nowhere near large enough for him to excercise much control over the debenture group.
