It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Let me start off by saying , I am by no means an expert on Corporate Takeovers.  If they go the Plan of Arrangement route, they will have to get court approval first, and this will take a few weeks, with the holidays around the corner, not sure how long it will take. 
My guess, if announced this week, should be enough time to get court approval, then can be added to the AGM for vote.  If Buyout gets announced after the holidays then I think will be a separate vote.

This is the way I understand it, if there is someone out there that is more well versed it Takeovers, please confirm or correct if I am wrong.

Either way, I don't think we will be owning LME shares much longer.
