Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. So Baxter makes saline and is also intricately involved in a multibillion dollar opportunity that utilizes the same saline that they themselves produce. Yet no one thought to have some sort of contingency supply to keep the trial going...

I would love to see the trial risk management plan to see if they even considered this possibility and the respective contingency plan.

PMP is a cheap credential that maybe someone on the team should invest in. Since we won't have approvals until 2026, there is still time!
