I  suspect tomorrow will be the beginning of an accelerated sell-off.

In addition to the many headwinds I enumerated in an earlier post, P3's filing after the close on Friday is particularly revealing in one important way.

Most people don't take the big picture into account when looking at insider reports.

In this particular case, it's a very small picture.

One has to take into account overall volumes when looking at P3's sales to appraise how aggressively he's selling.

Historically, his sales have typically ranged from 20% to 35% of the overall volume in Toronto.

The trust's selling on Friday accounted for 48% of all sales in Toronto.

That's extremely aggressive selling.

I think he wants the trust completely out ASAP.

Thus stock is going to tank.

A reason he might sell all the trust's shares during this eligibility period is so that he won't have to file twice next time, once for the trust's balance and once for his personal holdings.

It would present bad optics.
