And because they made money on a pump they think it is a good company.
While some will tout PYR as doing great based on its backlog, execution of that backlog will still result in overall losses. If my memory serves correctly, PYR needs to generate over $50 million per year to just break even. Tons of verticals, tons of business lines and initiatives but still not enough sales. What is a cheap stock price for a company with a negative working capital and no clear signs of generating positive cashflows in the medium term? That is the question, whoever knows the answer can make a good decision.
Collection of a decent chunk of outstanding Radian accounts receivable is the good news that should be expected by the end of this calendar year as per agreed payment plan. Then hopes of other things shift to the "next year", again.
I think this is largely true. People forget that behind every stock symbol there's a company. And while the price can move up and down, the business operations are rarely so volatile. In fact, if you look at this company, there was significant promotion leading up to that significant rise and anyone that sold did well as a speculation, however, the company itself has shown that it over promised, under delivered,h as declining revenues, failure to make profit, negative working capital, and is under regulatory allegations of fraud.
So how is this company going to get pumped up again?
Well, there's certainly a core of people here trying to make that happen, but the problem is, if the operating metrics don't support the story, people may fall for it once, but it's unlikely to happen again.
So anyone that made money off of those that bought into the promotion, did well with the pump and dump, but I think it's very very unlikely that anyone's going to get that again . Small movements, sure, but at the end of the day for it to have a sustained rise it has to show sustained improvement in the business. We haven't seen any traction there of
All this just my opinion, reviewing the data, for what it's worth do your own due diligence and don't trust what you read here. Do your own thinking I did and decide to steer clear of this Puppy
