RE:RE:RE:RE:Why are people selling?Couple things I forgot to mention:

- Trump said drill baby drill and he said he wanted energy costs to go down. Coincidentally, thats what Exxon is doing.

- the market cap of energy companies - save for a few Exxons - is a rounding error compared to that of tech companies. For example, in order for EQT to have a $2T market cap ie similar to the largest tech companies - instead of $20B, they would have to single handedly produce twice as much natural gas as the world consumed in 2023!  Exponential difference in perceived importance (market cap = deemed importance IMO) between the two sectors

Therefore, its probably a good idea to a) take some off the oil and gas table and b) only invest in the very best plays.
