You are suggesting to long USD via equities.

I am suggesting to long USD and short CAD, via long equities with underlying US assets that generate NOI in USD paid for using debt in CAD.

Only one of us has capitalized on what you explained in your original post that USD will outperform CAD.

As I said, typical academic who can't think outside a textbook.

It's hard to describe how inferior you are to those who you continue to demean and debate on this board. I hope this thread illustrates that for the spectators.
