IDK but if they do what Willy Green says they are going to do it seems like a no brainer for them.

Pretty good for us too IMO I hope they are buying back as much and as fast as they can.

The NCIB limits them to 10% before the next renewal.

Based on previous posts, insiders have and have had control for quite some time.

Is your concern that they might take it private?
