There is very little evidence of straight talk or moral intentions. They are masterful at using the rules and regs against others. A classic example is the ScoZinc (now EDM) attempt to steal away FNC equity in the proxy fight year. The jumping on and off the Scozinc board by the ever so clever Chairman of fancamp is quite shocking all by itself. They just figured out another way, a year ago, how to get control of the company for the forseeable AND stripping shareholders of massive % of their equity at the same time. Moreover, the asinine comments from the other reflect how they really roll.
As for the current small rise in share price, something to celebrate, perhaps. How could that not be a good thing, the question remains though; who is buying and why?
Proving its easier to steal a fortune than earn it.
