Path Forward

Path ForwardConf call was not great as usual for these two.  CEO indicated cost structure too hight and changes will happen in Q2.  Does that indicate Q1 won't be so good?  Taking out costs ok but seems to suggest that they can't get the growth they thought, if at all.  CFO said they are "hoping" for return to historical organic growth in Calendar 2025.  Not so reassuring.

Doug Cooper pressed them quite a bit at the end.

They can't really grow much organically and don't have the balance sheet or access to capital to do M&A.  They need to sell themselves to someone who can get rid of all the public co, mgmt, board costs.  However, not clear anyone wants these asset.  Probally needs a DOJ resolution before that can happen.
