The real question is

The real question iswhat can Newco do with the cash they get? How many wells can they drill to offset the high decline of the SE Sask formations, expecially considering it looks like the best land is already drilled.
And how efficent can they be when exploring the undeveloped Ticker Lake land?
One of the cheerleaders said they can double production in no time, but is that realistic, or just an uneducated dream by someone caught in this rolling disaster?
Lastly, with such tiny production to start, the costs of just running the business will eat up a lot of the cash flow, just a simple fact.
But I guess all of that is why Mr. Market has said this deal sucks, big time.
