I wonder how the "longs" will spin it?

I wonder how the "longs" will spin it?If the deal collapses, I wonder what the so called longs will say?

I'm betting they will fall back and say:

1. It was too cheap anyway, am glad it (the deal) failed
2. PEA in the 2025, will get $1.50
3. Excited about any post deal failure stock collapse as they can "double down"

What they should ask in that scenario IMO is "how come a bunch of "bashers" did a couple of google searches and spotted the rub, but the BOD and Executive did not?

I got my Christmas present early this year .... sells .33 to .35.  Boo ya.  Add this to my quick Stinger and Goldstorm flips, woof woof, TC has been a winner.   My measly TUDS can go to zero for all I care, would kind of be worth it to hear the piggies squeal.

You speak of "the halt" now for years, like the JW waiting for the rapture.
