Bought deal

Bought dealI don't know what to make of the bought deal.  Part of my rationale to invest was that I thought VHI had reached the point that cash flow from prior acquisitions would allow them to continue to acquire and compound like CSU.

This could be seen as management feels the stock is over-valued so pump a secondary out.

Alternatively this could mean they have a deeper pool of acquisition candidates then they expected.

Dunno, the discount to prior day close was modest.  Leap of faith in management. Bought more at $11-.
