You feel you would be better at running a company than its management, despite the fact that you fail to possess the qualifications or experience to do so. You simply fixate on a few key metrics and bash the company until you find something better and move on.
This is like ARX 2.0. Maybe you should move on to crypto as it's a purer form of gambling and better suited to your skillset.

VET is a great stock, that will come around, i have a 100% confidence here, not looking to exit.
However i think their debt is well in hand and when you can do meaningful buybacks, that have a direct impact in a short span of time, you should do it.
I agree with the other posters on this forum. I communicate my thoughts to the company in a respectful manner.
