RE:RE:RE:DartI have no problem with people wanting to work for less, that's for them to decide it's their life. I happened to work for a non union company when work was no where to be had in alberta in the late 80's and 90's I went to the NWT and the Cayman Islands with this company. They had benifits and an rrsp they contributed to instead of a pension fund. Maybe do a bit of research and you might find a shock or two. Here is a hint when unions where at their peak the averages familiy disposable income was at it's peak and the corporate profit margins where also at their peak. At present the only thing at it's peak is corporate executive pay packages.
