Why don't you understand Exro/Sea has no contract with Volvo. Volvo is working on it's own solution to EV's.

The contract Sea has with Mack is a band aid contract that costs nothing for Mack short term while Volvo figures out a viable path forward. They bought their own battery factory FFS.
