There is nothing crazy and I think you still need to do some DD on this company. There are several shareholder funds here, not just Sprott or Pallinghurst. RCF sold their shares recently to mining funds too. I won't even mention Talon's partners like Rio Tinto, Tesla or Sweetwater royalties. The US government is investing in the Virgin Islands now?? The US government has already invested $140M in Talon. Talon has always had a lot of shares. This is nothing new.
