Circular said Mid-December which was generous given SH vote was late November (and in definitve agreement announcement, they said clsoing in November!).  SH vote took place without a hitch and final court approval within in couple of days.  ALL THAT IS LEFT IS FOR CUNNINSHAM TO PAY THE $210 MILLION!!!!  Closing almost always takes place around a week from SH vote (thatd be 2 2 weeks ago).  CLEARLYT IT DID NOT CLOSE MID-DECEMBER!

The OUTSIDE CLOSING DAte is Dec 30............only 3 more business days in Canada until then!!!!!
