RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Back channel happenings. Takeover rumors again.... :-D Why would the Board of Directors agree to a takeover just like that? If Medipharm Labs were completely overindebted, there would be a takeover risk. Why a takeover? Why not a partnership, as Labs has repeatedly said?
