RE:community vote?That is probably the attitude and thinking we should avoid if we want a solid "majority" and be able to go forward with the community on our side. Or do you really assume those 49% which might oppose the project will just concede and twiddle their thumb?  

I guess we will have to make sure  the community feels heard, their valid concerns are addressed and we can make them understand that this will benefit ALL of them. Hopefully, that is what they were working on the last year and we will soon hear that progress has been made.
