Phosphorus essential for multiple uses, including batteries

Phosphorus essential for multiple uses, including batteriesPhosphorus  got a bad wrap lately but I went to check what the UN environment site had to say on that subject…

Understanding phosphorus: global challenges and solutions
So, phosphorus reserves are limited?
Yes. The amount of phosphorus in the world is finite and there is a need to reduce how much of the mineral we are extracting. This can be done by making phosphorus mining and processing more efficient.
Does that mean humanity should just stop using phosphorus?
No. The key is for phosphorus to be used more sustainably and to prevent excessive amounts of it from seeping into the environment.
******
Considering that China is the main producer of this mineral and the present uncertainty in commercial relations, I personally think that we should not sell this strategic battery mineral at bargain prices! Self sufficiency is important to keep in mind.

China already reduced its production… saving for their own future need maybe?

As we know a shortage of supply means higher prices...

Would anyone know anytihing about this¨ Global¨ company interested in taking control of DAN ?
