Keith didn't leave, he was appointed to the board - that makes a difference. The CC was canceled, instead there was a presentation in which partnerships were also discussed... The company is completely debt free, so there is no reason to take over the board. And I don't know how many times Labs has said they are looking for partnerships, and I think something like that is imminent.
