videoslistened to my usual array of finacial videos today... summary... the US ten year is going to 5% and the us market will dump 15% at that time.  the direction is clear.  Reits will do nothing positive but its also now too late to dump, unless you want to time the flush.  Reit analyst on CNBC says exactly what I think: the properties and companies are doing well.  Everything outside of class B office is good and the stocks are 40% lower than normal times, a very cheap valuation.  So its all up to the hurricane of rates and market manipulation to push the stocks around, they are fine in a difficult market.  You either hold your nse and wait for after Trump comes in to talk the yields down time verious flush situations.  This is my current thoughts
