Not 100% sure but I believe all interior designs, cabinetry, is done in MTL by Innotech Aviation, a member of the IMP Aerospace and Defence Group headquartered in Halifax.

Obviously, the Avionics has to be put in at the Pearson facilities, then the plane must fly barenaked for the customization process; paint, interior completion, etc.

Please, maybe one of the BBD employees who are on this board can correct me if I am wrong, and it is very very possible that I am.
