OBSERVATION

OBSERVATION Based on a last 20 minute hard plunge for XRE/VNQ and other REITS giving another outsized losses its definitely appearing as if there is a hard push to drive these lower- regardless of what company specific catalysts or fundamentals exists.

It could be options expiry tomorrow having call options retire worthless

Also with such huge losses its now giving investors a very easy option to take a big capital loss to offset any gains

That being said Im expecting more of the same tomorrow and ready to blow almost all of my cash particularly the last 20 minutes of trading

It is what it is.  How long are ~8.5%+ yields going to last in 2025
