It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Expenditures in NWT

Expenditures in NWTYou might want to look at the Canadian Governments statistics on planned and expended exploration funds in Canada.

Canada had a 2% increase
Nunavut had a 4.2% increase
NWT had a 30% decrease.

What happened?  DId the minerals disappear?  Why are funds avoiding the NWT?
