Fool is the correct label, because currently there is zero talk (much less any plan) from the company of a financing coming from a pp.  But, evidently somebody might have either imagined there was going to be (because it's purely fictional at this point) and panicked (and sold at market), or they overspendt for Christmas, just got layed off from their job, and panicked.  

Whatever the reason, it was a pretty stupid way to try to lliquidate shares...
oh but that brings up another (less likely) possibility with the recent 10 straight days of a down market.  Maybe they had a margin call and were sold out, perhaps unwillingly.
