RE:RE:LAST YEARS DOGS ARE THIS YEARS WINNERS THEORY ...I will reiterate that BCE fortunes can change at the stroke of a pen or a vote despite all the negativity. It really is that easy peasy, boys and girls.
  1. SIGNIFICANT CHANGES  IN MANAGEMENT AND/OR DIRECTORS with fresh blood and aligned with shareholder interest. ALSO EITHER THE CEO OR CHAIRMAN HAS TO BE THE FALL GUY FOR THE MESS AND RESIGN IMMEDIATELY.
  2. A CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT AND A NEW RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSINESS AND DEAL WITH OVER REGULATION. Telecommunications should lead us into the future and government is shakling everthing. I would also emphatically state that the  hard work has already been done when there are $35 plans with unlimited internet and great bandwidth.
and yes 1. is less likely than more likely and 2. is more likely than less likely.

At least there will be sunshine in Canada again.

PS - Exception to 2. is overregulation for the airline industry is welcome ...
