Answer me Yudi/Jopatchie as to why the financing keeps getting extended and can't fill when you Said there was high demand and it would close in July?

Why is the share price continuing to drop when you keep posting all the hype again and again?

Do you not see any downside here when the company is running out of cash and can't get funding ?

why is it that the stock always seems to be looking forward?

NICE-Remember that one there was going to be an approval with guaranteed distribution and mandatory purchases by the UK across the country? Result: never happened

GE-Remember that one? Was supposed to be a joint partnership which was going to go across thousands and thousands of machines installed already by GE, guaranteeing millions and sales. Remember that post by the guy who did the worksheet showing how they was going to be millions of dollars

RESULT: Never happened

China-Remember that one? Was supposed to be distributed across China thousands of hospitals again, going to be a huge revenue boost millions in sales

RESULT: Never happened

Standard of Care-Remember this one as well? Was supposed to be adopted as the standard of care, and if so was going to be put into all the guidelines, making it a mandatory requirement for it to be used by cardiologist, worldwide

RESULT: Never happened

BUYOUT-There were claims that a buyout was imminent, for $1 billion or more. That GE or Phillips or one of the big companies was going to have to buy them because the technology was so revolutionary that they would need to just purchase this. 100 sales were imminent time, and this was somehow a magical number that was going to lead to a buy

RESULT: Never happened

so many others, smiling in September, massive sales around the corner, that story about Covid and long Covid and the heart and the stimulating demand, so many stories yet here we sit, with an open financing still trying to secure $1 million coming up to a year, when the cash burn, is in the millions per year. How can they possibly have a sales team if they can't finance the operations? I guess that's why licensing it out to somebody else makes a heck of a lot of sense. Just looking for a little balance and it's all these emojis and happiness. Just looking for a little bit of realism amongst all of this hype.

Seriously  Graham!

Man, you are obsessed with a stock you don't even own.

Who does that? One who looks out for their fellow newbies? I don't think so.

Sorry to say, but you need help.

Seriously G1945
if you look back over the past three months, I have posted on average once a week..
there have been some period. We haven't posted for a month..
I tend to post when there's things happening, like right now or there's a liquidity crunch.

now, you do realize that Jopatchie posts more within a few days than I would within several months.
Yet...
you have never commented on this, which leads me to think that in fact, you are obsessed with my posting.

I don't know if you need help, or it's a pathology, or just so biased, that anyone that posts realistic data, upsets you whereas those that post promotional material you would give a free pass

G answer me this, why have you never made a negative comment about JonPatchie -regarding the quantity or quality of his posts. This is very, very odd .

Simply Graham. you do it out of malice. Jo does it because he believes in VPT.

I agree he has a strange way of stating it. But he owns the stock, and he can express his view as he wishes. If you don't like it, put him on ignore. But you won't do that because it leaves you little room for your constant pontificating on your soapbox, pretending you have concerns for Newbies. That makes you a fraud.

Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays to all

G1945V

So logically, put me on ignore.
But you don't, and in fact you make little comments every now and then like getting aboard and me investing, etc.

I wonder why my posts bother you so much? Could it because it's the reality of the company, and you just don't want to hear it? You would rather have Joe, post nonsense, that somehow makes you feel better.

I have analyzed this stock according to data, including balance sheet analysis, P&L, CFS.
Thats all evidence based analysis-if you don't like it-too bad.
If you deem it out of malice-it's a you problem G. Facts are facts.
They are the companies data.

Just because you have lost money and have made a poor investment. It's not my fault G. You need to do better due diligence, and understand financial statements, metrics, and be able to analyze the story and understand when the narrative doesn't fit any longer.
They say that elderly investors are the ones that lose the most money and often fall for poor investments.Maybe that's one of the reasons why.

Jo patchie posts repetitively here-most;y cut and paste and largely, unintelligible.
Many here have said as much.

I haven't read a post from you that has added much at all-so you don't have a basis to criticize others.
So If I don't directly respond to your nattering-you can know it's for a reason. I don't spend a lot of time on these boards, and the posts don't take me much time at all to analyze the data, and I do it by voice dictation so it's super quick. But the time I spend trying to help folks like you feel better, really doesn't seem to be worth my time. It is what it is. Enjoy your speculation.

I hope you find some peace this holiday season. Merry Christmas to you and to all.

Graham, there you go again, non-stop!

Merry Christmas to you.
