Pyro's share price comfortably in the 50s today. Was it last week or two weeks ago you stated it was going to 40 cents? I still have no idea what facts you were relying on for that "learned" prediction
That's funny, being comfortable at $.50. When people have been claiming that the stock is going to be going to the moon, ha ha hajust remember $.50 is down over 90%
Now the debt equity deal is not a great deal in my opinion. If the stock drops below 27 1/2 cents, which it already has, you have to wait four months, and then you sell at whatever price it's at.
...so yes, you removed something off the balance sheet, what are you going to get for it? And the point is when are you going to get that capital that's much needed
The bottom line is if you're owed money, you want the cash particularly if you have negative work ing capital, you actually need the cash. I guess people missed that point. And in terms of price predictions, no one can predict where things are going to go, if you read what I said, I clearly didn't predict anything
having said that, the fundamentals have predicted that the stock is down over 90%, given that there is negative working capital, declining revenue, and a major fraud allegation that's overhanging this.
Believe pumpers like Melida that this is going to the moon?
Ok Melida-define the moon -ie what price and when?
By the way -here is what I said-hope it helps on your educational journey
Yikes -down to 50 cents ...
There was a post here a few weeks ago, about a range bound trading. But even with a fat pencil, this keeps breaking lower, and the next stop could well be $.40 or below.
Now I've never been a big technical guy, more of a fundamentals, but I do hope you understand the market sentiment. At the end of the day, the financials have been deteriorating, and all the promotion about future contracts, don't matter if you can't generate a profit. If your costs continue to increase in lock step with your revenue, or even out strip it, what is left for the shareholder?
The promoter will say, just wait for the next contract just wait just wait, but they've been saying that for years
a bag to hold.
all in my opinion
For what it's worth
For education and for fun
Not to invest with
I certainly don't have a position in this long or short and have no intention in doing so.
