Likely arbitration or the two parties may even reach a monetary settlement in short order to avoid a lot of legal costs. Negative implications for Artemis certainly but not insurmountable. The Sedgman claim of $88.9 million is not a huge amount when compared to the eventual production cash flows and earnings. I expect they will agree on a lesser settlement amount before too long in order to ensure an early and seamless production start up. I have no knowledge regarding the facts that precipitated this lawsuit but It is disappointing that Artemis has allowed it to get to this point. They should have been able to reach an earlier fair and equitable resolution. We will likely see a response to the lawsuit from Steven Dean next week.
