Sure someone could eventually find it by searching through circulars and insider reports etc but I believe well managed companies with great governance put it on their websites for easy access by investors. There is a tab at the top of this page that says "Ownership" and another that says "Insiders".

Can't vouch for the accuracy or the timeliness but there is one posting dated 12 - 24-2024
