RE:RE:RE:RE:GuruPossibly. I sort of doubt he did anything wrong accounting wise. He didn't hide any of this in the financials, it was all there. But certainly as a CFO he will not act in the best interest of the shareholders above his own personal interests. And when he knows something is wrong with the company he won't whistleblow as he should. The stain from this outcome is not one he will be able to wash out.
