They are somewhere in the middle of getting financing via a convertible bond. On Dec 6 (see link above) it was still USD 836'500. The investor can apparently convert anytime at the closing price of the previous day. Don't know how much is still pending but a lower stock price means more shares for the convertible bond investor.
