RE:RE:RE:RE:JP Morgan healthcare conferenceClayton Dubilier & Rice completed a deal to acquire Sanofi’s consumer health unit for about €15 billion (US$16.4 billion), in what is one of the largest European transactions this year, people familiar with the matter said.

That makes room for Sanofi to become an "interested party" in ONCY. We'll see in a couple of weeks.
