If the trust has no shares left, what about the proceeds from those sold shares? Why can't they be used to help prop things up? Don't the trust lend $1 million in 2024, so why can't it do it again, and it could be a convertible debenture so it could acquire more shares. So, I am not sure that I understand why you think this source of financing is now unavailable.
