Responsible for providing strategic legal advice as part of the organization's leadership team.
Duties include managing the company's legal affairs, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate governance, handling litigation and risk management, and overseeing intellectual property matters.
Works closely with the rest of the executive team and other business leaders to identify and mitigate legal risks and develop and implement policies and procedures.
Together with the organization's executives, promoting a culture of ethics and compliance throughout.
