RE:Ranger deal was a good deal

RE:Ranger deal was a good dealWhat a genius idea, sell Texas assets, they just bought the Ranger Oil at a valuation of combined $1B FCF/year at $75 WTI and now they forecast $600M/year at $75 WTI, this is 40% drop in FCF, so no one will buy Ranger Oil assets unless BTE sells it for maybe 30 to 40% lower of what BTE paid for it. No matter what, this is clear like a mirror that BTE paid way more than that Ranger oil was worth. BTE needs luck that oil goes $75+ and stays there for a long time or BTE can sell all Canadian assets and keeps US assets. Selling US assets at current WTI price will press down the SP IMO in the range of $2.25 to $2.50.
