RE:Strange or Deceptive?

RE:Strange or Deceptive?
I don't find it strange or deceptive.  Remember the 'buyout' was negotiated and agreed some months ago.  Now they are amending the closing date so to speak.  It would be stupid for the company to misrepresent the transaction, because the financial details will come out soon in financial reports.

Given that the Leeches had a stranglehold on SOT and were running it into the ground, I am impressed that GA was able to dispose of them at a reasonable cost.  (Probably the Leeches knew they couldn't keep SOT.UN going with their own resources, so they would have lost their golden goose one way or another.)

I know I have been generally positive on the management change, but it is always healthy to look at any management critically.  If GA and crew do end up with a majority of common shares after restructuring, it will be more important than ever for small shareholders to be vigilant and ready to defend their rights.
