RE:RE:Treating all patients, all comers.tdon1229, you are kidding right...
No other FDA approved treatment for BCG resistant patients can
brag about treating all patients.
That was my own conclusion, not Theralase conclusion.
You should know that an experienced CEO , would use the word
brag in a pressrelease.
Before answering a post take the time to read it correctly.
Don't jump to a negative conclusion to fast.

Theralase has no FDA-approved drug or treatment, yet the wording here implies strongly that they do when they write, "No other FDA approved treatment...." The offending word is "other" since it implies a class of treatment (FDA approved) to which Theralase also belongs.
Theralase is seeking FDA approval, it does not have it yet, and cannot write/advertise as if it has the needed FDA approval. The FDA can come down heavily if it so chooses, further delaying granting approval while it does so.
An experienced CEO would not make such a basic mistake. Our well-paid CEO should know better for having been censured for similar statements within the past decade.
Note that the FDA can be masterful at making excuses to delay granting approvals. No drug or treatment can or will be brought to market unless and until the FDA and its major funding source (Big Pharma) is ready for it.
