Actually, with due respect, that is not a fair statement.  Through thick and thin over 2 decades they have distributed CASH monthly and in some years almost completely TAX FREE".  I got back my Original  investment  in distributionns over 10 year ago and  am still collecting monthly cash.  

This is my BEST long term investment in terms of reliable  monthly cash distribution, income tax efficiency and overall % return on investment.  The managers, not too long ago permanently REDUCED their annual management fees.  Now THAT EARNS both my Respect and Admiration.
