Happy New Year to all and now place your bets. ;)
Happy New Year to all and now place your bets. ;)Ladies and Gents place your bets, here's what just might happen in 2025. ;)
JM and Crew aren't coming back. Way to much other stuff gloing on. These folks are just setting up the next "big play" money and just lining up the next mass of newbie investors to "make rich". lol
It will be a long time before other mining licenses are ever granted, especially if an "engineered" heap is involved. So all you heap advocates just might have some more troubles coming. lol
Better not be drinking your Coffee at the Casino. <wink>
The much touted Haggert Creek pollution might prove to be much less that the current sky is falling syndrome. The latest report by YTG sure looks localized and decreasing but we'll see after the new "let it rip" contaminated release is over.
Lots of companies will make lots of cash on the misfortune of the mine and the receiver will happily expense cash, sweep away and get rid of the assets as soon as possible. Nothing wrong there it's what was ordered. lol
The "we never meant to shut down Victoria Gold" will prove to be just that.
Anyone involved in the mine up to the "loss of containment" will just fade away, especially after VGCX made it clear with an offer to help was rejected.
No new mines will be allowed in the foreseeble future, just take the time it took to get VGCX into production as your milestone.
HL will do just fine (there's a story there), dry heap stacking while not perfect, is better than a tailings pond. As a side note the existing one should be reprocessed. Plus HL has cleanup contract with YTG, actually not a bad model considering what happened to VGCX. Hint.
Her's a list of the future and what might be allowed in The Yukon at great "investor" expense. ;)
Lots of blue sky and pimping of the new "discoveries" you know to get the money out investor pockets.
Lots of flying over the anomalies and declaration of the next BS big one
Lots of wall tents and drill rigs while declaring the massive finds in the core. <wink>.
Lots of staking of claims, you know just to "own" the schist. ;)
Lots of talk of the Klondike and Keno Hill and how much historic ounces were produced untill you feel that glazed look coming on.
As a side note don't be a like a Rud, Big and a dozen others (u know who you are), sad to say.
Better to drink a Sour Toe Cocktail in Dawson and listen to that old prospector next to you at the bar. <wink>
It's all just plain old gambling, but then that's what The Yukon was built on.
Best of wishes and a Happy New Year to all.
