August 13, 2020, day Smith retired, share price was .065 BUT there was only 174mil shares out so MC/Valuation was $11mil. Today share price is .07 and there are 240mil shares out. So today's MC/valuation is $17mil. That's a 50% increase in MC/value. Not good enough for you? I suggest you compare that record to the previous CEO and see how they compare? No? Didn't think so
Unbelievable that folk are aloud to spread blatant misinformation on boards with no repercussions.
Wow. Just wow. You actually believe this or did someone devoid of any business acumen dictate this for you to post ? Issuing 70 million shares, your numbers, dilutes the value of EVERYONEs investment. You forget what fnc got for those 70 million shares? Did they issue them for magic beans? Or a money pit that was proven uneconomic in the 1970s by esso minerals? Does the concept of value PER SHARE baffle you? But your right the previous CEO was infamous for frugality and stubbornly beyond reason resisting issuing shares unless absolutely necessary. Better to negotiate free carries and to issue shares for UNDER valued assets. What a weirdo ! OMG.
