RE:3 weeks left

RE:3 weeks left

Have to just look at the facts that point to something happening in the next couple weeks

1) uscg has been working on this for over a year and it's unlikely they will work much more for nothing.

2) lmg was formed and we've seen concrete proof the intent is to take it private through John. Who knows how much more cash they need to raise but it's gotta be at least close to a billion cad at minimum  based on the 2.5 million confirmed and a bunch more indicated. Also, with this setup dealing with John et al you'd think they would have more control over when the transaction or deal actually happens.

3) they've been paying burmi for manning the special committee quite a bit of cash which won't go over well unless a transaction is imminent

4) location of the agm. Why even bother doing this one off big agm for no reason so far away from the site and the normal places they've held the agm previously. Also having it the last day before being legally obligated to hold it. They've pushed it back imo to seal this deal.

5) everyone has been quiet. No big forum members have been posting. Doug is basically non existent. Cynthia hasn't posted for weeks on linked in. Why?

Something of worth has to be announced in the next couple of weeks here.

I can certainly always be pessimistic because they are amazing at getting very little done for shareholders, but, if after a record year for gold and having us -20% on the year, and they hold a fancy agm with nothing to show for it, they all deserve to lose their jobs.  That or change the name of the company to Laurion mineral exploitation.

hopefully all of these things revealed the last year equate to getting this private. Getting money into shareholders hands. And never needing this forum again.
