Well said SW! Might it have anything do with a 9.9 percent limitation on institutional holdings so when more shares are issued distribution gets balanced among interested investment firms perhaps? Yesterday evening the fear and doubt merchants that bash to trade seemed to try and create negative sentiment that in's instition might be running away? Then why is the stock up today? Could it just be someone wants these shares and had a limit in which the MMs have been trying to fill since our very positive news developments? So now we are filled at order support we are free to move in a upwards direction. Funny enough we are up 5 percent but it's now low volume. The same low volume you describe as share sell off when it's gone to recent highs is that?

You couldn't make it up , or perhaps you do quite frequently.SW
