What finally happened?

Did it not ever occur to you and others that Bioasis was never a serious corporate entity and that pharmas would always have trouble bringing themselves to deal with Bioasis? (I wrote about that. I both publicly and privately begged Bioasis to begin internal studies instead of paying people to manage nothing.)

And what did the Midatech deal do to the Chiesi deal? Who would Chiesi be dealing with? I explained to this forum that Midatech would not keep control of xB3. Don't ya think that Chiesi's corporate lawyers might have been able to read and understand those 460 pages? Do you really think they thought they could make a go of their xB3 deal partnered with the LT client? I think they dropped it like a gangrenous appendage.
