The Company owns a 100% interest in the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits and Lone Tree processing complex (collectively, the Lone Tree Project). The total land package of the Lone Tree property consists of approximately 12,000 acres. The Ruby Hill Project is an advanced-stage development project with residual heap leach production, located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. It owns a 100% interest in the Granite Creek gold project located at the intersection of the Getchell gold belt and the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Humboldt County, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in the McCoy-Cove project. It holds a 100% interest in the FAD project located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Eureka County, Nevada.

From their press release
"In addition to deposits with base metal potential (Blackjack, Hilltop and FAD), the joint venture discussion included all gold and silver deposits within the Ruby Hill property, including Mineral Point.

Upon careful assessment of the joint venture terms and economics, considering the potential value of the existing gold resources in a rising gold price environment and taking into account the limited understanding of the base metal potential, i-80 Gold’s Board and Management have elected to no longer proceed with joint venture discussions."

i-80 pulled out of the JV due to the deal no longer being a good value due to the rising gold price, not the other way around.
