There is that story about the Dream Team playing team India. Shaquille O'Neal slam dunks a young Indian player. While on the floor, the player looks at Shaq's shoes and yells, "I recognise these huge shoes, I made them when I was a child working in a factory"!

Jagmeet is not poor. His family may have owned a garment factory, providing employment for people of various ages, Lol. Justin may have also inherited lots of money from his parents. They have millions in their accounts and all their money  go into GICs or bonds earning interest. They never invest in the stock market because they hate capitalism. It's not appropriate for Marxists to buy stocks.
For about 9 years they were mad about their interest income taxed higher than capital gains. But finally they made the move and restored justice. This is just a beginning, give them another 4 years, and the $250K will be reduced or eliminated. 

Why did it take 9 years?
