RE:RE:RE:RE:searislee?btw, in my opinion the sale of the Pumpkin Hollow Mine by at this “bargain price” could be legally problematic under tax law if the sale price was intentionally set below the fair market value to avoid taxes. If the value of the mine was deliberately misrepresented, this could be considered tax evasion. Tax authorities should have high intrest to know the true value of this project and if the low price was really justified by "economic circumstances" (e.g., bankruptcy) but was intentionally manipulated...
